Workshop 1: The Discovery of French Patisserie

In this workshop, the Discovery of French Patisserie, Chef Elise Lévine-Davis will introduce you to the art of making French Patisserie. You will bake a selection of delectable desserts and pastries. They may seem intimidating now, but they definitely won't be once you get done with these classes.
These 100% hands-on baking classes last 2 hours a week, for 6 weeks. Each lesson has a theme and include 1 to 2 recipes.

How to register?


  1. Choose your favorite workshop.
  2. Choose the days/times of the session.
  3. Send me an email with your choices (email: eliselevin@gmail.com).
  4. I will send you an email back telling you if there is still availability in the workshop you want. If there are availability, I will put your name on the list and confirm it to you.
  5. One week before the workshop starts, I will send you another email, telling you how many students are in your session/workshop. And I will ask you to pay accordingly (see below for the price).
  6. In case you are the only student registered in your session, you can either cancel, have private classes with me, or go to another session/workshop on another day.

Price per student (for 6 weeks):

  • $400 (if 1 student is registered)
  • $350 (if 2 students are registered)
  • $300 (if 3 students are registered)
  • $250 (if 4 students are registered)
