Elise Lévine-Davis

Chef Elise was born in Paris, France. Since her early childhood, she always wanted to bake for her family and friends. She really had a passion for that! But her career did not take this path for many years. So after being a graphics designer for almost 18 years, she decided to retrain and went to the famous "Le Cordon Bleu Baking School" in Paris to learn the full spectrum of the French Pastry.

Chef Elise is a Certified Pastry Chef from "Le Cordon Bleu Paris" with over ten years of experience mastering her repertoire in the art of French Pastry. 

Chef Elise's mission at Les Gâteaux d’Elise - Baking School is not only to enrich both the student's skills and knowledge of French Pastry techniques, but to also instill the importance of becoming a lifelong learner in order to continually develop themselves and their skill set as professionals.
