Les Gâteaux d’Elise - Baking School offers its students to explore the French Patisserie during 6 or 8 weeks, 2 hours per week

Learn how to bake the traditional French cakes, tarts, choux pastry, and other sweets!!!

Logistics


  • Courses will be held in Bergen Park, Evergreen, Colorado.
  • Hours: There will be different sessions, starting March 2023. Use the contact form to know more the days and hours!
    • Workshop 1: The Discovery of French Patisserie (6 weeks, 2 hours per week):
      • Price per student (if 1 student registered): $400
      • Price per student (if 2 students registered): $350
      • Price per student (if 3 students registered): $300
      • Price per student (if 4 students registered): $250
    • Workshop 2: Tarts and Tartlets (8 weeks, 2 hours per week):
      • Price per student (if 1 student registered): $500
      • Price per student (if 2 students registered): $450
      • Price per student (if 3 students registered): $400

    • Workshop 3: Chocolate Lovers (6 weeks, 2 hours per week):
      • Price per student (if 1 student registered): $450

    • What is included
      • All the materials, equipment, recipes and ingredients. 
      • At the end of each lesson, the student leaves with the cake, tart or other dessert (they will have made during each session) for a least 6 people. 
    • What is NOT included
      • An apron, a notebook (to take notes if necessary), a camera or phone (to take pictures during the class), a cake carrier to bring the desserts back home with you.
